Jyotica Gramya endeavours to take all steps to deliver your order safely and in reasonable time. Usually an order is shipped within 3 working days of receipt. We ship on all days of the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we use good quality packaging and ship through reputed courier agencies only.
We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pincode not serviced by our reputed courier partners.
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be done only to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Refunds at Langha Valley, are subject to the following conditions -

If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.

If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product.

If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete.

Langha Valley reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 2-7 working days.
